From downtown Rockville and points South:
Head North on Rt. 355. Turn RIGHT onto Indianola Drive.  After you cross over the bridge, take a RIGHT turn into the Metro Executive Park.  The townhouse office is straight ahead, past the fountain at 15732, 2^nd Floor.

From Gaithersburg and points North:  
Head South on Rt. 355.  Turn LEFT onto Indianola Drive. (On your right is Watkins Pond Road.)  After you cross over the bridge, take a RIGHT turn into the Metro Executive Park.  The townhouse office is straight ahead past the fountain at 15732, 2^nd Floor.

From Olney: 
Head West on Gude Road.  Turn RIGHT onto Crabbs Branch Way.  Continue up to the Franklin townhouse offices which are on both sides of the road.  The office is located in the complex on the LEFT side of the street at 15732, 2^nd Floor. 

From 270 heading South:
Take Exit 8 to Shady Grove Road.  Turn LEFT at the exit ramp light onto Shady Grove Road, which heads East towards Rt. 355. Turn RIGHT onto Rt. 355 and follow past Redland Road to Indianola Drive. (On your right is Watkins Pond Road.)  Turn LEFT onto Indianola Drive. After you cross over the bridge, take a RIGHT turn into the Metro Executive Park.  The townhouse office is straight ahead, past the fountain, at 15732, 2^nd Floor.

From 270 heading North:
Take Exit 8 to Shady Grove Road—Redland Blvd.  As you exit, stay to the far right and get on Redland Blvd.  Follow to Rt. 355 and turn right.  Turn Left onto Indianola Drive. After you cross over the bridge, take a right turn into the Metro Executive Park.  The townhouse office is straight ahead, past the fountain, at 15732, 2^nd Floor.
